Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Fulfillment
All StreetNinjaz products are made to order. Once your order has been placed, it is sent to production before it can be shipped.
Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Fulfillment times may vary depending on the product, production location, order volume, stock availability, and seasonal demand.
Please note that fulfillment time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Destinations
StreetNinjaz ships to the countries and regions currently available at checkout.
Available shipping destinations may change depending on carrier availability, fulfillment capabilities, legal restrictions, or other operational requirements.
If your country or region cannot be selected during checkout, we are currently unable to ship your order to that destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as:
- delivery destination;
- product type;
- number of products in the order;
- fulfillment location; and
- available shipping method.
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Because different product categories may be fulfilled separately or from different facilities, orders containing multiple products may have higher shipping costs.
Estimated Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time consists of:
Fulfillment time + Shipping time = Estimated delivery time
After fulfillment, shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier. International shipments may take longer than domestic shipments.
As a general guideline, shipping after fulfillment may take approximately 1–20 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.
Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, peak seasons, stock availability, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment facilities.
As a result, products from the same order may:
- arrive in separate packages;
- have different tracking numbers; and
- arrive on different dates.
Receiving part of your order before the remaining items does not necessarily mean that anything is missing.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Any taxes or duties collected during checkout will be displayed before payment. Where import charges are not collected in advance, additional charges may be imposed by local customs authorities or the delivery carrier.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside the direct control of StreetNinjaz.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.
StreetNinjaz cannot guarantee successful delivery when incorrect or incomplete shipping information has been provided.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please first check the tracking information provided with your shipping confirmation.
If the tracking information has not updated for an extended period or the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment with the fulfillment provider or carrier.
